The opening was so packed that it was difficult to get in the door. However, everyone was pleased with one design innovation. Apparently all the children were invited to stay, securely stored in the safe! There was champagne and hors d’ouevres for all. Make sure you go and see it– open Thursday to Sun- day. 9 –4pm
Ivan Durrant gave a speech and opened the exhibition. He talked about how fabulous it is to have art in rural communities and that this shouldn’t be a luxury but part of everyone’s lives.
